Kristen Fraedrich – Little Cheddar Meat loves (so easy – I love changing people’s mind about meatloaf!  (See recipe below) Little Cheddar Meatloaves
1 lb. hamburger, 1 c. cheese (grated), ½ c. quick cooking oats ½ lg onion chopped,1 egg ,½ c. milk . In a bowl beat egg with milk. Mix meat, cheese, oats, onion.  Separate into about a dozen meat balls or mini loaves and place in baking dish.  Bake at 350 for 45 min.  Drain fait off about half way through and top with sauce.  Sauce:  2/3 c. ketchup, ½ c. brown sugar, ½ tsp mustard
